Rules and Regulations

Membership in the Campus Inn Travel Club offers members a free night after staying a total of 6 nights.  It is guest’s responsibility to read the rules and regulations of club’s membership.

The CITC card must be presented at check-in and will be returned to you at checkout of your multiple night stay, for validation, to ensure accuracy.

Campus Inn will not retain forgotten cards.

The CITC membership is not transferable, and the room night(s) must be occupied by the guest whose name appears on the card.
 
The CITC Membership may not be used in conjunction with any offers, specials, discounts or coupons and is NOT available during special events or when the Campus Inn is 80% or higher occupancy.  In the event of not bringing the membership card, a new card will be started. The combination of cards can accumulate towards a free night.  Free night must be accompanied by the membership card(s) with the total accumulation and authorization of six nights.
If the guest(s) decides to join CITC during their stay, it is provided that the guest(s) can receive only ONE night of authorization for any rate equal to/or higher than that of the CITC rate for those nights stayed prior to signing up for the CITC program.
 
The management reserves the right to change the CITC rules and regulations at any time, without notice.
